The Autism Trail Guide: Postcards from the Road Less Traveled has again received national award recognition, being named an Eric Hoffer Book Award finalist. It’s the second nod for the anthology of Ellen’s essays and columns; it has also been named a ForeWord Book of the Year finalist. Those medal awards will be announced in June.

The Eric Hoffer Award for short prose and books was established at the start of the 21st century as a means of opening a door to writing of significant merit. It honors the memory of the great American philosopher Eric Hoffer by highlighting salient writing.
